Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn shoes in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
